We really hope you love everything you order and it puts a smile on your face! But, chances are you were doing a little 2 AM shopping, it happens, we know. In your delirious state maybe you picked the wrong item and you might not be satisfied with your order. Here’s what we can do for you:
- 2 A.M. Baby does not offer refunds on any purchases
- We do accept returns and credit will be issued in the form of a 2 A.M. Baby e-gift card.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order - we track all shipping, we know ;)
- All items applicable for return must be unwashed, unused, and in the original packaging with tags.
- Any discounted or sale item is considered final sale and not eligible for a return.

- 2 A.M. Baby store e-gift cards will be issued within 10 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping and handling.
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
- Manufacturer defects - If you receive a defective item (bad stitching, misprint, wrong color) please click here and we’ll get you taken care of ASAP! Please include photos of the defect as we will ask for that.
- Exchanges - We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please RETURN your items for a store credit and place a new order. (Please, please, please check the sizing chart before ordering!)
- If you purchased from a third party vendor i.e., Amazon, Etsy, etc. you must return the product to that store according to their return/exchange policy.
